Gov. Spanberger’s Admin. Revokes License Of A Goochland Psych Facility
Governor Abigail Spanberger’s administration just revoked the license of Hallmark Youthcare youth psychiatric facility in Goochland County after multiple runaways.
The facility had been under investigation since September 2025 for alleged poor and unacceptable conditions for children to get better.
