Alleged VSU Shooter Brags “It Was Us” On Instagram

Court documents reveal that Instagram messages from the 19 yr-old non-student accused and arrested for shooting five people on Virginia Sate University campus exposing plan to shoot over an arguement.

Detectives obtained a phone ping for Calvin Harris’ phone number and obtained his Instagram account which showed messages leading up to the shooting and the aftermath. Harris was later arrested after hiding in a dorm room closet of an acquaintance. He has been charged with four counts of malicious wounding and four counts of use if a firearm in the commision of a felony.

Out of the five injured, only one was a student and a 21 yr-old not student has been hospitalized with critical injuries.
