Woman Accused Of Attempting To Murder Rihanna Faces Mental Test
A judge that is overseeing the case of attempted murder of singer Rihanna is pausing the proceedings in order for the accused, Ivanna Ortiz, to get a full psychiatric evaluation. If found incompetent, she could be hospitalized until the court date.
