Judge Drops Drake’s Defamation Lawsuit Against Kendrick Lamar
A U.S. judge has dismissed Drake’s defamation lawsuit over Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” lyrics. The judge, who is definitely in touch with hip hop, cited that the lyrics in question were considered “nonactionable opinion” and part of the typical hyperbole and insults found in rap battles.
