In his address from the Oval Office Tuesday night, President Obama vowed to continue oil clean up efforts in the Gulf of Mexico. He outlined a “battle plan” for the next several weeks and months, adding that BP will be made to pay compensation to the residents whose livelihoods have been affected by the spill.
