Clearwater Florida Shooting Puts “Stand Your Ground Law” In Spotlight

Surveillance video shows Michael Drejka fatally shooting 28 yr old Markeis McGlockton in front of his family outside of a convenience store in Clearwater, FL. on July 19 after McGlockton shoved Drejka to the ground. Drejka was not charged with McGlockton’s due to the state’s Stand Your Ground law.
The victim’s family has hired Attorney Benjamin Crump.
