Eddison Alexander Hermond, a 39 yr-old Guardsman and Air Force veteran from Severnis is missing after being swept away in a flash flood in Ellicott City, Maryland, while searching for a woman’s missing cat. So far, rescuers are still searching for Hermond without any results.
