Toys R Us is hoping to start the going-out-of-business sales on Thursday. Representatives for the company made the comments during a hearing on Monday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Richmond. The sales will liquidate the company’s inventory in its 735 U.S. stores. A number of objections to the retailer’s plans have been filed by creditors seeking to get paid.
