Man Struck As He Helps Others In Car Accident

Virginia State Police responded to a crash on southbound I-95, near the Ruffin Mill Road (Exit 58) in Chesterfield County involving an initial crash with minor injuries but changed as do-gooder was struck by another car as he was helping those in the original accident.
