Miss Community Clovia has been named the winner of the 2015 Alfred C. Liggins Award!
Clovia Lawrence has been a Radio One employee for 17 years, and is a true champion in the community. She has taken on causes including breast cancer awareness, sending inner city kids to camp during the summer, restoring the voting rights of ex-offenders, and helping to develop the Radio One Annual Toy Drive.
The Alfred C. Liggins award recognizes one outstanding employee from Radio One who embodies one OR more of the pillars of One Vision. This is someone who serves as a team player to support company culture, who explores or develops new ways of conducting business more efficiently or supports initiatives that involve change among other characteristics.
Congratulations to Clovia Lawrence for supporting and advancing the One Vision pillars and for being an outstanding role model to her community and the entire company!
