Is it you or you? The Virginia Lottery says a Powerball ticket was sold at a 7-Eleven store in McLean, Virginia. Someone is a millionaire. The 7-Eleven McLean store matched the first five numbers and missed only the Powerball number for one-million dollars. The winning ticket for the nearly 430-million dollar jackpot was sold in Trenton, New Jersey.
