Congratulations to the Monacan Chiefs and their win over the undefeated 26-0, I might add, Loudoun Valley. It was the first loss for Loudoun, ending a 26-game winning streak. The final score Friday night at the James Madison University’s Convocation Center was 57-55, the Chiefs are pressing toward their first-ever state semifinal . I am extremely excited for my nephew, the Chiefs point guard, Wallace “Tre” Washington #10. Yes, he is a beast on the court.
Let’s go Monacan Chiefs they will meet George Washington (Danville) in the 4A semifinals on Monday, 11:45 a.m. at the VCU Siegel Center.
