Where did we go wrong? What has the system done to our children? There is more incarceration and less education of America’s youth. Lets create a system of parenting and raising a village of loving children again. Often times, our children act out because they are screaming out for love. Rejection has become a reflection of our society.
The United States of America locks up more children than any other developed country. In Virginia, it costs $100,000 yearly to incarcerate youth in juvenile facilities.
