Yeezy, Yeezy, Yeezy just jumped over Jumpman…

The resurrection of Yeezus begins with Kanye West releasing a brand new song, “Facts.” The Metro-Boomin produced cut finds Yeezy making all of the pop culture references of 2015, and borrowing Drake‘s cadence on Drizzy and Future‘s collab, “Jumpman.”

The new track follows a long drought from Yeezy throughout much of 2015, save for “All Day,” which dropped back in March. And although Kanye laid low in 2015, he made sure to fire at some of the year’s biggest newsmakers, even as recent as Bill Cosby‘s sexual assault charge and Steve Harvey‘s Miss Universe flub heard ’round the world. And did he take a jab at Nike? Fans are already throwing out theories about this line: “Without Drizzy or Don C, Nike would have nothing.” Swish.

Kanye fans got pretty excited when Kim Kardashian took to Twitter to mention that a new track was on the way, accompanied by flame emojis, so we knew it would be lit. Plus, one of Kanye’s close friends and creative director, Virgil Abloh posted on Instagram that the track did indeed exist because he already downloaded it. With Virgil scheduled to DJ in Toronto tonight, that Canadian crowd may be lucky enough to hear the track first.

Yeezy pulled a similiar stunt last year. As the 2015 ball dropped, so did the heartfelt song “Only One,” his ode to his first born, North West.

Listen to the new track above, as we await the much-anticipated Swish.
