You have to love BJ The Chicago Kid’s covers.

From his cover of Aaliyah’s “One In A Million” to his rendition of James Brown’s “King Heroin,” BJ’s cover game is on point. In an effort to keep his name hot in the streets, the Motown crooner releases an acoustic cover of Blackstreet’s 1994 smash “Before I Let You Go.”

The black and white video simply features BJ going off on the Blackstreet classic while accompanied by a guitarist.

BJ’s forthcoming album In My Mind is set to drop sometime in 2016. Watch his cool ass cover up top.
