Mark Wahlberg and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, the executive producers behind HBO hit show Ballers, are getting sued for allegedly stealing the show’s concept from another project titled Off Season.

The creators behind Off Season, which was set to air in 2007, claim they were close to working with Johnson and Wahlberg but things fell through when they insisted on being credited for their work.

Both men are seeking unspecified damages.

Nicki Minaj is uber excited for the upcoming comedic ABC Family sitcom based on her childhood.

The Queens rapper revealed the actress that will portray her as a kid: an adorable little girl who goes by Ariana Neal. Nicki made the announcement via Instagram, revealing tears came to her eyes when she saw the young star audition for the role.

Little Ariana will be joining Selita Ebanks, who plays Nicki’s mom, Wesley Jonathan, who plays Nicki’s father, and McCarrie McCausland (“Army Wives,” “The Originals”), who will play Nicki’s older brother.

Actor Tom Arnold received a special present for the holidays: a healthy baby girl.

Arnold and his wife Ashley welcomed their daughter Quinn Sophie Arnold on Friday afternoon, weighing in at 7 pounds, 9 ounces. Newborn Quinn joins her big brother Jax Copeland.

Teresa Guidice is just a few days away from becoming a free woman.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey reality star is scheduled to leave prison on December 23rd after serving about a year for fraud. While she is happy to return home, Guidice tells sources she’s mostly excited about spending a quiet holiday with her husband and kids.

Teresa’s husband Joe is scheduled to begin his 41-month sentence shortly after she returns home.
