The best in education for all Virginia students is needed to keep Virginia moving forward. It will take the willingness of parents, community and community leaders to strengthen education and opportunity in every Virginia school division.
The number of Virginia schools earning accreditation is on the rise. Governor Terry McAuliffe announced Tuesday that nearly 80-percent of Virginia’s public schools are rated as Fully Accredited for the 2015-2016 school year. This is the first increase since 2010 and a ten-percent hike from 2014.
