And, the Confederate flag protest continues…
People continue to protest the Confederate flag. On Tuesday, there was a two hour protest at the Sutherlin Mansion and Danville Museum of Fine Arts and History to take down the flag. The Danville City Council is taking the advice of the city attorney, who says removing the flag would violate a state law that forbids altercation to war memorials.
