VA Budget Surplus Includes Pay Raise For State Employees & Educators

The McAuliffe Administration announced that Virginia has posted its largest fiscal year surplus in history. Governor Terry McAuliffe says his state was more than 553-million dollars in the black, nearly nine-million dollars better than the second best year in 2005. The 2015 year-end fiscal numbers is great news for state employees and educators who are now entitled to a pay raise.
