Governor Terry McAuliffe in his efforts to build a ‘New Virginia Economy’ has an agreement to return $46 million dollars in already-spent money to taxpayers. His administration reached a deal with U.S. 460 Mobility Partners on Thursday to also cancel an additional $103 million dollar claim the company had filed.
Governor McAuliffe’s agreement centers around the U.S. Mobility Partners contract to construct the now-cancelled U.S. Route 460 public-private partnership.
