Now this is one for the record books. Former Oakland Raiders player Warren Sapp was popped by Phoenix police officers on Monday morning for alleged solicitation. The police report claims Sapp got into an altercation with two escorts, who called the authorities on the ex-NFL pro. Here’s the kicker (no pun intended), according to TMZ, Sapp and the women got into an argument over money! How are you ordering up ladies of the evening and you are tripping about pricing, Warren?! Isn’t that worked out BEFORE hand? Anyways, the women arrived to Sapp’s downtown Phoenix hotel where they got into a verbal spat over money and the three wound up tussling, which spilled outside into the hallway.  The women called police, where the report claims both of them had visible injuries.

When police questioned Sapp about the claims, he admitted to hiring the women but denied harming them. Sapp was taken into custody. Later on that day, Sapp was released on his own recognizance due to not having a record of skipping out on court. The judge warned him not to have any contact with the women or return back to the hotel. Sapp heads back to court on Feb. 23. Sapp, who was an analyst with the NFL network since 2008, was fired once his arrest became public. This isn’t the first time Sapp has been involved in assaults charges against women. In 2010, he was arrested for domestic battery but the charges were dropped. Four years later, he was once again arrested for alleged domestic battery in 2014.
