Teen pop star Justin Bieber appeared via video before a Florida magistrate for a bond hearing. The singer is charged with DUI, resisting arrest without violence, drag racing and driving on an expired license. Law enforcement sources told TMZ Bieber was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol. Bieber failed the field sobriety test. He was reportedly drag racing a a yellow Lamborghini.
