A former police captain, Curtis Reeves, 71, has been charged with second-degree murder after shooting and killing a fellow movie-goer for texting during the showing of “Lone Survivor” at The Grove 16 Theater in Wesley Chapel, Florida.
Reeves and his wife were sitting behind Oulson and his wife when an argument ensued over 43-year-old Chad Oulson texting his 3-year-old daughter during the movie.
