Cameron Diaz is an A-list actress, model and now author of a new book entitled “The Body Book” which she states that it’s for women who care about themselves and their bodies.

Diaz connected with health experts and relied on her personal experiences to bring women “a holistic, long-term approach to making consistent choices and reaching the ultimate goal: a long, strong, happy, healthy life,” according to her publisher’s page.
