A strong storm system will lift up the East Coast tonight bringing snow to the northeast which will probably gives here in richmond a dusting of snow when the rain ends after midnight. The winds will start to pick up to near 25mph and lows will drop into the middle 20s. This could lead to a few icy spots in the morning outside.
