 RICHMOND, VA. (KISS): “The Miracle Of Christmas” A Live production of the Birth of Christ with live animals from the Metro Richmond Zoo happens December 21 – 23, at the Metro Richmond Zoo, 8300 Beaver Bridge Road, Moseley, Virginia, 23120. Performances include entertainment before each Pageant and a special Spanish version December 23, 9pm. The schedule is as follows:  December 21 – 23, pageant at 7pm, 7:45 pm & 8:30 and December 23 Spanish version at 9 pm, entertainment before each Pageant. Performances are free and each person is asked to bring a can good to benefit Feed-More. The Richmond Nativity Pageant, Monday, December 23, 7 pm at The Carillon in Byrd Park, Carillon Bell concert at 6:30, a live out door presentation of the Birth of Christ. The pageant features a cast and choir of about 200 members of the community and many of them family members. For details visit www.richmondnativitypageant.com.

 The 4th Annual RVA on Ice is open now through January 20, the Ice rink is located between 6th and 7th Streets on East Broad Street, adjacent to Richmond CenterStage, Street parking is available as well as paid parking in 7th Street and Marshall Street Lot, 5th Street and Broad Street lot, 5th Street and Marshall Deck (Behind Marriott Hotel);  New this year dress-themed days including “Wear Your Tackiest Holiday Sweater” and “Disco Dance Party” among others. Christmas trees will also be available for purchase, with proceeds benefiting the March of Dimes. Regular hours are Wednesday and Thursday 4:00 to 10:00 pm, Friday 4:00 to 8:00 pm, Saturday 12:00 to 10:00 pm, Sunday from 12:00 to 6:00 pm.
