Virginia has an election every year which means the peoples’ voice should be heard on issues of healthcare, education, civil rights, justice, jobs and medicare. Every aspect of your life is decided on at the “stroke of a vote”. And, all politics are local.

The State Board of Elections (SBE), in partnership with the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) have launched online voter registration for eligible citizens of the Commonwealth.

CLO FACT: You are not a registered voter until you received your voter registration card in the mail.

If you were convicted of a felony and would like to start the process of getting your rights restored get information here.    For more information,  visit the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s website at www.commonwealth.virginia.gov

Your vote is your voice, your right and your power. A “no” vote from you is a “yes” vote for the candidate you don’t want in office. Learn about your voter rights and responsibility at Miss Community’s  Voter Empowerment and Restoration of Rights Rallies through October. Brought to you by the Rolling for Freedom Project.

Join Miss Community Clooovia and the Rolling for Freedom Project on Sunday, October 13 from 1pm-3pm at the Red Skirt Consignment Boutique  917 Hull Street Richmond, VA 23224. Also, Tuesday, October 15 at the Circle K Exxon at 18th & Broad Street from 11am-3pm.  Register to vote with us online and start the process of restoration of rights for felony convictions.  Miss Community Clooovia @communityclo
