Federal Charges Against Marathon Bomber
Federal charges against Dzhokhar Tsarnaev could come as early as tody. Law enforcement officals said the surviving suspect of the Boston Marathon remains heavy guarded at the local hospital. Federal investigators are awaiting to question Tsarnaev who is unable to speak due to an neck wound.
