This is good news! If your child will turn 5 by September 30, 2013 they are eligible for kindergarten in the fall. Smart Beginnings Greater Richmond at United Way and 10 of the region’s school systems are joining together to increase awareness that on-time kindergarten registration helps the school systems plan for attendance and more.
