Actress Halle Berry, 45, has been ordered by a family judge to pay $20,000 a month in child support to her ex-boyfriend model Gabriel Aubry, reports TMZ. Berry was granted full custody of 4 year old Nahla in 2011. The couple slit in April 2010 and had been in a custody battle for over a year. The family law judge ruled on Monday, June 18, 2012.
Halle Berry wants to move to France with daughter Nahla because of stalkers and that is the home of her fiance Olivier Martinez. Aubry does not want Nahla taken out of the country. Berry said laws in France protect children from prying eyes. She said ” laws that protect children, protect right to privacy. All I want is for my family and myself to have a normal life. When I’m not at work, that’s very important to me.”
