Model Gabriel Aubry and actress Halle Berry were back in court Thursday, as Aubry attempted to increase his child support payments from the mother of his child.
The former couple has been embroiled in a messy custody fight over their daughter Nahla since their breakup in 2010.
Sources say, Aubry is asking the court to “substantially increase” the monthly payments he receives from Berry, even though the former couple shares custody of their 4-year-old daughter Nahla.
In March, Aubry filed legal papers seeking at least $20,000-per-month from Berry to rent a home and keep their little girl in the comfortable surroundings she has become accustomed to.
He is also asking the court to order Halle Berry to pay his $500,000 legal bill.
The case returned to a Los Angeles court on Thursday (May 03, 2012), but the issue was continued as Gabriel Aubry had not completed the necessary paperwork correctly.
Berry previously asked a judge for permission to move from Los Angeles to France with her fiance Olivier Martinez, amid fears for her family’s safety after multiple run-ins with an alleged stalker.
Aubry is vehemently opposed to the move.
