Former Petersburg High School star and Hampton University alum Kendall Langford is now a member of the St. Louis Rams after signing a 4-year, $24 million free agent deal and leaving his former team, the Miami Dolphins, where he started the past four seasons. Langford, a 6-4 Defensive lineman, turned out to be a steal for the Dolphins, who drafted him out of Hampton in the 3rd round in 2008.

The Rams are holding a lot of cards for the future, having received three first round picks and a second rounder frm the Washington Washington Football Team for their first round selection, the 2nd overall in the 2012 NFL Draft.
