The New York Football Giants came home from Super Bowl XLVI with the Lombardi Trophy in hand following an exciting 21-17 victory over the New England Patriots, and were cheered by over a million of their fans who crowded the streets of Manhattan to be in on the celebration of the Giants’ 4th NFL title and the second in four years. The party shifted to Met Life Stadium in New Jersey where the team plays, and some 30,000 more fans awaited them there to greet the World Champions. President Obama called Giants Head Coach Tom Coughlin to congratulate the team and invite them to the White House in honor of their acheivement.
