Veteran actor Avery Brooks, best known for playing Captain Benjamin Sisko on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, was arrested last night in Connecticut on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Brooks, 63, was picked up after police received a complaint of a person driving erratically, the Wilton Police Department confirms. After the cops administered a field sobriety test, Brooks was arrested, according to TMZ.
He was released after being booked and a court date was set for February 9, according to E! News.
Brooks’ other credits include American History X, Spenser: For Hire, and A Man Called Hawk.
