Singer/actress Jennifer Hudson’s taste for real estate is growing larger.
The dream girl is using some of that Weight Watchers money to buy herself a lavish mansion in Chicago’s posh Burr Ridge neighborhood. The 12,000-square-foot pad cost $2.8 million, according to Chicago Magazine. Sounds like a lot of change, but Jen got herself a bargain: the original asking price for the stack of bricks was $4.2 million.
The six-bedroom, seven-bath home has marble floors, a white grand piano, a screening room, two laundry facilities and beautiful green spaces. Sounds like plenty of space for a family of three…and could easily accommodate additions if J. Hud and her fiance David Otunga are planning to add more to their brood.
