“Real Housewives of Atlanta” reality star NeNe Leakes announced her latest money-making venture on Twitter.
On the heels of the “Real Housewives” return to the airwaves, NeNe (real name Linnethia Leakes) is finding yet another way to cash in on her over-the-top antics. Leakes recently tweeted a picture of a blinged-out “I’m Very Rich Bitch” t-shirt that she’s selling for $150 dollars. Each one covered in Swarovski crystals.
Apparently, NeNe is feeling herself. During a confrontation with former friend and castmate, Sheere Whitfield – who accused NeNe of trying to cut into her profits on an appearance deal. In response, NeNe accused Sheere of being jealous. According to NeNe, she is “really rich” and has “Donald Trump checks.”
Since appearing on Trump’s ‘Celebrity Apprentice’, NeNe has not only raised her visibility, but she’s also been raking in more cash as well.
But is she “very rich”? Most insiders say, no.
On a recent appearance on Bravo’s ‘Watch What Happens Live’, Andy Cohen asked NeNe how rich she was, and Ms. Leakes shot back, “Only ignorants would go immediately to money.” She told Cohen, she was “rich” in health and spirit.
“Basketball Wives” reality star Evelyn Lozada and others have launched their own shirts. But who’s gonna rock NeNe’s t-shirt? I mean…really.
