Fans of the late Bernie Mac have a reason to rejoice.
An independent documentary about the comedian and actor, I Ain’t Scared of You: A Tribute to Bernie Mac, has found a distributor, reports Shadow & Act.
Image Entertainment has acquired the North American rights to the film, which features appearances from stars such as Zoe Saldana, Samuel L. Jackson, Cameron Diaz and Chris Rock and includes exclusive footage of Mac’s early, never-before-seen performances.
Mac died on August 9 2008, at just 50 years old from complications due to pneumonia. No word on a release date for the film as yet.
