VH1’s ‘Basketball Wives: LA’ is changing.

If you have not noticed by now, Kimsha Artest is missing from the show. That’s because she quit.

In an exclusive interview, Artest confirmed that her face will no longer be seen on the screen, simply because she didn’t like the crowd and all the drama that followed.

“Some of the women that are on the show, they are not wives and the majority of them are but they’re not conducting themselves as such,” Kimsha explained. “I don’t want to be affiliated with shenanigans and drama. The back and forth is uncalled for, childish and that’s just not me.”

The LA edition seems to be dwindling fast. After just two episodes, former cast member Tanya Williams walked away for similar reasons.

Along with the drama, Kimsha’s been attracting unwanted attention off the show. Someone set up a Facebook account posing as her. The phony Kimsha posted some generally inappropriate comments which included some not so nice words, targeting the franchise creator, Shaunie O’Neal.

“That’s not me. Anybody who read that could’ve known that. That was not me period,” Kimsha said. “I’m not a Facebook person; I do have a Facebook but that’s not my name. Whoever it is can go kick rocks. All the negativity and comments, they can kick rocks too.”

She added, “We’ll definitely figure out who it is … who done it. I’ve got a good idea, but I ain’t gonna blow them up just yet.”

She added that she and Shaunie have no issues with one another, despite the gossip floating around.
