Garcelle Beauvais just scored her juiciest role in years. The Franklin & Bash star joins first-class talent Denzel Washington and Don Cheadle in Robert Zemeckis’s thriller Flight, about a pilot who is embraced as a hero after landing a damaged plane successfully. However, he faces scrutiny after evidence suggests that he was under the influence while operating the plane.
Washington will play the pilot, and Beauvais his estranged wife.
