Last listed at $17,999,999, the home was built in 2010, and sites have been buzzing about her interest in the property for weeks. Luxurious extras include heated marble floors in the master bath, multiple walk-in closets and imported limestone flooring in the foyer. Not to mention 7 fireplaces – 5 inside and 2 out – and tons of entertaining space. There is, of course, a pool and dockage on Mecox Bay.
Lopez spent some time in the Hamptons this summer, and was even spotted with Marc Anthony at Sagg Main beach about a month after they announced the end of their seven-year-marriage.
