Does Being Nice in The Workplace Earn You Less Pay?

A new study has found that nice workers actually earn less money in the workplace. A study conducted in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology found that men who are not as nice in the workplace earned 18% more each year. As for woman who were seen as rude in the workplace only earned 5% more yearly. To read more about this study, check it out HERE from CBS 6
