Italian Mixer/Reality Star DJ Pauly D of MTV’s “Jersey Shore” is very close to finalizing a 3-album deal with 50 Cent’s G-Unit Records which will also include the release of Pauly D-branded headphones, according to XXL magazine.
DJ Pauly D (real name Paul DelVecchio) confirmed the deal is close to being done.
“I would say the end of the year,” Pauly says.
When asked how he and 50 hooked up he said,
“50 Cent has also been somebody I look up to,” he continued. “We ended up linking up and we just clicked. We hit it off immediately with the music and everything like that. So, I’m definitely gonna be working with him. There’s been talks about the album and the headphones. I’m looking forward to working with that as well.”
Pauly D is currently an opening act on Britney Spears’ Femme Fatale tour alongside Nicki Minaj; and is set to star in his own spin-off reality show on MTV, which will chronicle his DJing career.
