New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez is being investigated by Major League Baseball for his alleged involvement in illegal “underground” poker games. ESPN is reporting that one of the games Rodriguez was involved in turned violent, the league is still trying to confirm his presence there. That incident took place in Beverly Hills, a fight ensued when one of the participants refused to pay after losing a half-million dollars. The problem is that this is not A-Rod’s first time dealing with the league on this issue. Commissioner Bud Selig warned Rodtiguez about the very same activities as far back as 2005, and he could now face a suspension or ban for not adhering to the commissioner’s advice.
