The alleged Halle Berry stalker has been ordered to steer clear of the actress by a Los Angeles judge.
According to TMZ, Richard A. Franco has been ordered to stay away from the Oscar winner and her daughter Nahla for three years.
Franco, an obsessed fan, was arrested on July 11 and charged with felony stalking and burglary after he allegedly climbed a wall and tried to enter a guest house at Berry’s home.
If Franco is convicted, the judge could extend the restraining order against him to as much as ten years.
