Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver brought their 13-year-old son, Christopher, home from the hospital Monday after he suffered from a collapsed lung and broken bones in a surfing accident over the weekend, reports TV Guide.

“Blessed to be able to take Christopher out of the hospital last night,” Shriver tweeted Tuesday. “What a feeling of relief to know that he’s going to be fine… Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. The whole family, especially Christopher, felt your love.”

“Thanks for all your support for Christopher,” the former governor of California tweeted Monday. “It means a lot to me & to him. He’s doing much better & we’ll have him back at full speed soon.”

Schwarzenegger and Shriver are in the midst of divorce proceedings after Schwarzenegger admitted he fathered a child with a former member of their household staff.

The couple have four children together, including Katherine, 21, Christina, 19, Patrick, 17, and Christopher.
