Singer Prince has been ordered to hand over more than $700,000 to his former attorneys for unpaid legal fees.
Lawyers at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler sued Prince (real name Prince Rogers Nelson) in March 2011, accusing him of failing to pay for their handling of cases in Ireland, California and New York.
A judge at the Manhattan Supreme Court ruled last week that Prince must shell out $708,687 to the firm, plus 9% interest dating back to 2008.
According to the New York Daily News, Prince has paid just $125,000 of his bill.
