Hines Ward, the Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver and most recent winner of ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ was arrested for investigation of drunken driving in Georgia.
Ward, 35, was booked on a DUI charge at the DeKalb County jail near Atlanta at 3:41 a.m. Saturday and later released on $1,000 bail, according to jail records.
Ward’s longtime friend Corey Allen posted bail, the records show.
No other details of his arrest were immediately available.
