Casey Anthony was sentenced to four years in jail on four counts of lying to police. The sentence will include the time served.

Casey Anthony received the maximum sentence of 1 year in jail and a $1,000 fine for each of the four charges she was convicted of Tuesday. After time served and time off for good behavior is calculated, the court will then give her release date.

**UPDATE:**

Court officials on Thursday said Casey Anthony will be released from jail on July 13 after getting her four-year jail sentence reduced with credit for time served and good behavior.

Anthony, 25, was given credit for 1,043 days already served, a court official said.

She was acquitted on Tuesday of killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee in 2008, but was sentenced on Thursday to the toughest possible punishment for providing false information to law enforcement during the investigation.

** UPDATE**

Late Thursday evening, Florida court officials recalculated Casey Anthony’s time served and time given for good behavior and issued her the new release date of July, 17, 2011.
