More than two decades after Milli Vanilli was busted for lip-synching, half of the duo is staging a comeback.

Vanilli (real name: Fab Morvan) has joined forces with Eminem’s DJ, The Alchemist, confirmed.

“I’m working on a joint with Vanilli,” he said. “Vanilli’s making a comeback.”

And this time around, there will definitely not be any lip-synching, he adds. “Real sh*t dude… Alchemist-Vanilli.”

In addition to Alchemist, Vanilli has also recently recorded a song with world-famous trance deejay Tiesto, his rep confirmed.

The other half of the pop duo, Rob Pilatus, was found dead in a Frankfurt, Germany hotel room of an apparent drug overdose in 1998 at the age of 32. He had struggled for years with substance abuse problems and made several suicide attempts.

Milli Vanilli scored five chart-topping singles, including “Girl You Know It’s True,” “Baby Don’t Forget My Number” and “Blame It on the Rain.”

The duo also won the Grammy for Best New Artist in 1990, which they then were forced to return once it was discovered they were a sham.
