</a>Soon-to-be-divorced “Basketball Wife” Jennifer Williams has officially moved on. Gossip blogger Necole Bitchie was on hand in the New Orleans for the last night of the Essence Music Festival. Necole spotted Jen and her “something new” boo, celebrity fitness trainer Lucas James, kissing in the VIP lounge.
She may have just recently filed divorce papers on husband Eric Williams (long time coming), but Jennifer’s found someone almost the total opposite of Eric– and they seem head over heels for each other already. Jennifer reportedly confirmed she and Lucas are indeed dating, but he will not be appearing on the upcoming season of “Basketball Wives.” Dude already had his reality fill as the winner of that wack “Date My Ex” show with ex-“OC Housewife” Jo De La Rosa.
Jen and Lucas seemed to try to avoid the lens of cameras when they were together, but the fact Jen was bold enough to bring him to one of the biggest events of the summer, they couldn’t have been trying THAT hard. Plus she’s already been spotted with him at other official events in Miami, NYC, Phoenix, and plenty of other places.
Her new boo was glued by her side most of the night. And they were caught snuggling up backstage while watching New Edition perform.
